Calibration Info
We recommend your instrument be calibrated annually from the date it was placed in service, but certain industries or applications may require them more frequently. Calibration on new instruments is $55US. Annual calibrations are $84.32 (includes TN sales tax and new battery). Shipping charges are additional.
Any replacement parts under $20.00US used to insure proper calibration will be replaced automatically and charged to your invoice.
Repairs
In the rare case that your instrument is in need of repair, we are here to assist. S.E. International offers a calibration reminder service, industry leading support, and speedy service. Our calibration and repair specialists are ready to assit you.
Free Calibration Reminder Service
Sign up for our Free Reminder Service and, at your own specified intervals, you will be sent a notice reminding you of an upcoming calibration date. This service is offered free of charge by filling out the notification form here. Do Not Send Contaminated Instruments for Repair.
How to Calibrate
To Have Your Instruments Calibrated: Download the Calibration Request Form. Fill out the form completely and include it with the instrument. Be sure to include contact, shipping and payment information. RMA numbers are not required, but if you would like one, please call us at 931.964.3561.
