Radiation Area Monitors

The Radiation Alert® line of radiation area monitoring instruments protect your personnel and your facility. Select the right model to detect across a wide range of radiation levels. Our radiation alert monitoring solutions are some of the most user friendly, all inclusive, state of the art radiation area monitors available. The base controller unit includes a touch screen LCD, latching, siren light and strobe. Internal or external radiation probes are available for most models, with Geiger Muller or Sodium Iodide Probe options. For portal monitoring and high traffic areas to protect the sensor while on duty, a rugged, wall mount enclosure option is available.

Free software expands the capabilities of your Radiation Area Monitor. Area Monitor Server Software provides live reporting, mapping, and alarm condition monitoring from remote via USB/Ethernet. Track exposure, program custom alarms and conditions, and set email and/or text alerts. The battery backup provides 6 hours of backup in an alarm condition and all the settings are stored internally.  Optionally, a secondary remote alarm and strobe option can be mounted up to 100 feet from the base controller unit. Ask us about which one is right for you. All units come with a Certificate of Conformance. NIST Source calibrations available upon request.

The easy to use interface is an intelligent resistive touch screen display featuring a large five digit LED readout.

It comes with either an internal or external detector and free software for monitoring every Radiation Alert® Area Monitor on your network. Includes user selectable warning indicators for low and high radiation alarm levels, low battery, and detector failure. Setup email and text alerts to receive alarms while on the go.
