The LED and the audio are working for each count collected. Why is the LCD on my SEI Inspector Plus reading all zeros?

It has come to our attention that the previous revision SEI Inspector Plus has a potential issue with the display freezing up and showing all zeros, while the audio and led light still respond to the counts being collected. This issue is caused by oxidation in the 2.5mm Cal Input jack, located above the 3.5mm Output Jack on the side of the unit. This can be easily repaired by plugging a 2.5mm plug into the Cal Input jack, freeing any particulates that may be causing the problem. You may have to do it a couple of times or spin the plug while it is inserted into the 2.5mm jack. This issue is not applicable to current revision SEI Inspector USB models. A video example is shown below.
